Engineering Manager (BE) - Metrics Platform (Remote ANZ)

This role is remote within Australia.

What you'll do:

• Lead the technical delivery of the new Metrics Platform from foundation to scale.
• Build tools and infrastructure for standardizing and acting on key business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and TPMs to deliver features like segmentation and alerting.
• Grow and nurture a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering team.
