Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and review end-to-end partner journeys across regulatory interactions.
- Design and optimize the service operating model for new services.
- Collaborate with product teams and UX designers to improve partner and internal user experiences.
- Mentor peers and contribute to service design standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to tackle complex service problems.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in service design and process management.
- Expertise in regulated environments.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with process automation and monitoring tools.
