Sr. Software Developer, Apple Pay

This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to core components of the Apple Pay stack, participate in technical discussions, write specifications, review code, and produce documentation.

Requirements:

• Passion for continuous learning and exploring new technologies.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience with REST-based API services.
• Ability to communicate thoughtfully and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Drive projects from concept to production.
• No formal degree required; mindset and initiative are key.
• Proficiency in English for daily interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on software development experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Knowledge in Security, Privacy, Cryptography.
