Software Quality Automation Engineer - Apple Services Engineering

This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation:

$106,100 - $191,800/year

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional testing and automate client/server applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and replicate issues. Plan, design, maintain, and execute test cases with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA experience with defect detection and reporting.
• 3+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience with client-side applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Strong bug reporting skills and ability to communicate effectively with developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in client-server API and UI automation using tools like Selenium or Appium.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
