Software Engineer- Supply chain Integration Support

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software problems reported by users or monitoring tools.
• Monitor incident queues and prioritize issues based on severity and business impact.
• Provide clear communication on issue status and create knowledge base articles.
• Monitor application availability, performance, and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify long-term fixes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in software development or application support roles.
• Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
• Good understanding of Python for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
