Software Engineer- Python & Devops

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end customer experience solutions in chat and voice landscapes.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions for business challenges.
• Drive solutions from ideation to production.
• Work with architects and developers to create microservice architectures.
• Ensure operational efficiency and engineering excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Rust and Python with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and general software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Technologies like AWS and GCP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with microservices architecture and AI/ML project integrations.
