Software Engineer

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Conceive and design end to end customer experience solutions in chat and voice landscape.
• Work with business owners to map business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions to fit business problems.
• Drive and deliver the end to end solution from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with solution architects and software developers for innovative solutions.
• Focus on Operational Efficiency and Engineering Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of Rust, Python with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in Kafka, Kubernetes, Java and general software development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Technologies like AWS, GCP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with micro services architecture and AI/ML project integrations.
