Software Engineer, Developer Efficiency Platform

This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation:

$116,800 - $226,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs in Java and Python.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into production systems to enhance developer experience.
• Build and maintain containerized services using Kubernetes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in backend systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript and frontend development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
