Senior Security Engineering Manager

This role is based in Seattle, Washington.

Compensation:

$188,200 - $325,500

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers.
• Drive the design and implementation of secure systems architecture.
• Conduct proactive threat assessments and security issue analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years in security engineering with 6+ years in people management.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern development practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
