What you'll do:
Visualize new support experiences using generative AI, focusing on improving customer experience and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Design AI solutions for customer-facing support apps.
- Build detailed interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct user research to understand user problems and needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with AI-driven experiences.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and agile processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly LLMs.
- Strong understanding of emerging interaction paradigms and AI/ML capabilities.
