Product Designer, Generative AI - AppleCare Digital

This role is based in the Austin Metro Area, Texas.

What you'll do:

Visualize new support experiences using generative AI, focusing on improving customer experience and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Design AI solutions for customer-facing support apps.
• Build detailed interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Conduct user research to understand user problems and needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with AI-driven experiences.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and agile processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI technologies, particularly LLMs.
• Strong understanding of emerging interaction paradigms and AI/ML capabilities.
