Kernel Software Development Engineer, Core OS

This role is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Compensation:

$116,800 - $226,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement features related to separation technologies for security and safety across multiple CPU architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex kernel-level issues.
• Maintain rigorous coding, documentation, and testing practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with memory management and process isolation.
• Strong software development experience for embedded systems.
• Proficient in C.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of operating system kernel internals.
• Experience with device driver development and virtualization technologies.
