Internship - Experimentation Software Engineer (Search), AIML

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop solutions for reliable data extraction and analysis at scale.
• Integrate experimentation-focused systems to accelerate iterations with ML models.
• Build tools for opportunity analysis to maximize value.
• Implement systems that integrate with retrieval augmented generation.
• Streamline onboarding and experimentation experiences for search systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, Scala, C/C++, Rust.
• Strong background in algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to distributed computing platforms like AWS, GCP, Kubernetes.
• Experience with scalable backend infrastructure challenges.
• Knowledge of designing and implementing large scale data pipelines.
