Compensation:
$198,300 - $298,100 per year
Summary:
Apple Data Platform seeks an Engineering Manager to develop a team building critical infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Participate in design reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration and accountability.
- Communicate team progress to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Rust or similar low-level languages.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-cloud storage systems.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
