About the Role:

You will support the evolution and maintenance of Twitch's design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to evolve and maintain Twitch's design system.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of UI components and patterns.
  • Translate visual language principles into actionable documentation.
  • Participate in design system working sessions and workshops.
  • Advocate for accessibility standards across components.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in building design systems.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellent visual craft and systematic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Figma and industry-standard design tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with design tokens and related tooling.
  • Experience with design version management.
