About the Role:
The Community UX Designer will lead design work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on research and improving user experiences for streamer communities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
- Conduct user research to understand streamer and viewer needs
- Present design work during reviews and feedback sessions
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years as a UX or interaction designer
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mass-market consumer web/mobile products
- Collaborative experience with developers
