UX Designer, Community

This role is based in multiple locations: Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$106,000 - $184,000/year

About the Role:

The Community UX Designer will lead design work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on research and improving user experiences for streamer communities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
• Conduct user research to understand streamer and viewer needs
• Present design work during reviews and feedback sessions

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience
• 3+ years as a UX or interaction designer
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mass-market consumer web/mobile products
• Collaborative experience with developers
