Compensation:
Salary ranges from $106,000/year to $184,000/year.
Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences from research to prototyping.
- Conduct user research to understand needs and pain points.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of UX or interaction design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with information architecture and interaction design.
- Strong knowledge of user experience principles.
- Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
