Technical Program Manager, ShipTech

This role is based in Hyderabad, TS, India.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal & external stakeholders to understand business processes and workflows.
• Develop functional specifications/requirements documents.
• Lead engineering efforts to meet timelines and manage multiple projects.
• Facilitate technical trade-offs between short-term team needs and long-term business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
