Technical Program Manager, ShipTech

This role is based in Hyderabad, TS, India.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business processes and workflows.
• Develop functional specifications and requirements documents.
• Lead engineering efforts to meet constrained timelines.
• Manage multiple projects to meet organizational goals.
• Facilitate technical trade-offs between short-term team needs and long-term business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with engineering teams.
• 2+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
