Sr. Program Manager, RBS

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex business processes at scale.
• Drive end-to-end high impact programs affecting WW Retail.
• Analyze data to derive insights for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with tech, product, ops, and category teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields.
