Sr. Program Manager, CMT

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex business processes at scale and drive high-impact programs. Analyze data to derive insights and liaise with tech, product, ops, and category teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of delivering cross-functional projects
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in a related field
