Sr. Instructional Designer, Advertiser Support

Location: New York, NY or Seattle, WA

Compensation:

$127,100 to $210,300/year

Responsibilities:

• Identify learning needs and design innovative solutions.
• Develop multimedia learning content and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Proactively address performance gaps and contribute to process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design for sales or advertising.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools like Captivate and Articulate.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and data-driven learning interventions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of online advertising.
• Graduate degree in a related field.
• Ability to influence peers and leaders.
