Software Engineer I, Builder

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$99,500 - $185,000/year

Responsibilities:

- Build new and support existing tools shared across Twitch to enhance software quality.

- Develop tools and automation for service setup and maintenance.

- Mentor other engineers and contribute to company-wide software architecture.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AWS services
• 1+ years of experience in Go or Typescript
• Understanding of deployment tools
• A desire to improve processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Go’s ecosystem
• Experience with GraphQL
• Debugging production software
• Working with distributed teams
