This role is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Compensation:

$114,800/year up to $191,800/year

Responsibilities:

Develop the next generation of contact center technology, focusing on customer needs and system resilience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience
• Experience with at least one programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
