Security Engineer, Payments Security

This role is based in Seattle, WA, where you will secure Amazon Payments' critical systems and services.

Compensation:

$136k-184k/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of Amazon Payments products and architectures.
• Engage with development teams to embed security in applications from the start.
• Perform security reviews, including design and architecture assessments.
• Contribute to the security strategy and improve the secure software development life-cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with web protocols and security attacks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
