Program Manager, VCP

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage ambiguity in new environments, develop strategies to improve business metrics, and create tech-first solutions to reduce manual dependencies.

Candidate Profile:

3+ years of program management experience, proficiency in Excel, and ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL queries
• Project management certification
• Master's degree
