Program Manager, VCP

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, and involves managing the Vendor Consultant Program (VCP) to optimize vendor performance on Amazon's marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ambiguity and develop strategies to improve business metrics.
• Build tech-first solutions to reduce manual dependencies.
• Analyze data to provide data-driven solutions for process improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster premium relationships.
• Deliver impactful results focused on customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data-driven process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL queries.
• Project management and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Master's degree.
