Program Manager, Ops Excellence

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will create, develop, and drive solutions to enhance customer and operations experience. Key tasks include:

• Identifying areas for improvement with operations and program teams.
• Defining root causes and prioritizing solutions.
• Designing and testing solutions, followed by rollout and compliance tracking.
• Ensuring sustainability of implemented changes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Ability to gather requirements and document them clearly.
