Program Manager I, SEPO

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for aligned workflows, monitor production environment, and react to service level alerts.

Work with Operational Management to design service protection strategies and provide real-time escalation for service failures.

Conduct root cause analysis and manage business activities related to new marketplace and skill launches.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
