Program Manager, FinOps

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of RPA and automation engineers, manage mission-critical systems, partner with business stakeholders, and drive innovative AI/ML approaches.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of end-to-end delivery and communication with senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience in building processes and project management
