Program Manager, FinOps

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, IND.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement mechanisms to improve Operational Excellence Culture.
• Train and mentor Operations team on Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Manage documentation and status of all GB/YB/Lean projects.
• Provide periodic project updates to senior management.
• Deliver financial savings through projects.
• Conduct data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of change management experience.
• 14+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in data analysis for decision-making.
