Program Manager, Amazon Now

This role is based in Bengaluru, KA, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage lifecycle activities for 2-3 medium-sized programs, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
