Program Manager , Amazon Flex

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities:

Define, design, launch and manage new transportation related programs within Amazon Flex. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and conceptualize solutions. Manage the driver experience while balancing cost and business goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Strong stakeholder management skills
