Program Manager, AHS

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily work allocation and scheduling for medical annotators, monitor real-time annotation queues, create predictive analytics for capacity planning, and ensure compliance with operational policies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience
• 3+ years of process improvement experience using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of end-to-end delivery experience
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Project management and process building experience
