Program Manager, AB Tech

Location: Hyderabad, TS, IND

Responsibilities:

The Site Program Manager (PM) is responsible for driving site-wide initiatives that enhance the employee experience and workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing mid- to large-scale employee engagement initiatives.
• Leading programs such as new hire onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Developing partnerships with site leadership and HR.
• Managing budgets for engagement initiatives and reporting ROI.
• Conducting employee needs analysis and facilitating focus groups.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven record of delivering cross-functional programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
