Operations Excellence Program Manager, Amazon Flex

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize routing, navigation, and map systems.
• Manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct deep dive analysis and present corrective actions to senior stakeholders.
• Work with Business Intelligence teams to enhance operational visibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of end-to-end delivery experience.
