Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes.

2. Provide technical leadership for large-scale industrial engineering projects.

3. Use process improvement methodologies to analyze and recommend improvements.

4. Lead design efforts between internal teams and vendors.

5. Manage capital projects and create conceptual drawings.

6. Monitor project schedules and quality.

7. Develop and manage budget and contract documents.

8. Coordinate with site management for operator training and compliance.

9. Domestic travel up to 25% may be required.

Basic Qualifications:

A Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressively responsible experience.

Experience must include high-volume fulfillment processes, AutoCAD, analytical tools, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
