Engagement Manager, User Experience (UI/UX), Professional Services Korea

This role is based in Seoul, KOR.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of product and UX project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver user-centered solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading UX-driven engagements.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Engineer or UI/UX Designer.
• Experience leading Agile teams in product development environments.
• Knowledge of front-end development for web and mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active certifications in UX design or agile methodologies.
• Experience with AWS services related to application development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
