Staff Software Engineer, Growth Platform

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Compensation:

₹6,600,000 — ₹9,400,000 INR/year

Responsibilities:

• Design the future state of technical systems to meet product goals.
• Lead engineers in building technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product and UX requirements.
• Mentor engineers and nurture a culture of technical quality.
• Identify solutions to enhance engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale web applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
