Compensation:
$204,000 — $255,000 USD
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend systems and enhance AI prompt effectiveness.
- Drive technical vision for workflow and backend optimization.
- Lead the full development cycle: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in code and design reviews.
- Optimize system performance and scalability.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in backend systems and workflow optimization.
- Experience with AI/LLM-driven scenarios and prompt engineering.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
