Staff Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering

This position is based in China with remote eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution to enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business problems.
• Drive technical discussions and ensure alignment with strategies.
• Write high-quality code and advocate for engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and support team growth.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Experience with web application architecture and APIs.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
