Staff Software Engineer, Communication & Connectivity

This role is remote eligible in the United States, with occasional office attendance.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Shape the team’s long-term vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
• Architect and optimize ML infrastructure for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop engineers within the team.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
