Staff Software Engineer, Communication & Connectivity

This role is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Shape the team’s long-term vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
• Architect and build machine learning infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop engineers on the team.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
