Staff GenAI System Engineer, Automation Foundation

This position is remote eligible in the United States, with occasional office work.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Automation Platform and collaborate with AI & ML engineering teams.
• Drive technical vision for backend optimization and workflow.
• Participate in the full development cycle including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in backend systems and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in AI/LLM integration and prompt engineering.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
