Staff GenAI System Engineer, Automation Foundation

This role is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of backend systems and optimize AI prompt effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical vision and strategy.
• Participate in the full development cycle including design, implementation, and deployment.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in workflow optimization and backend systems.
• Proficiency in integrating LLMs with APIs and databases.
