Staff Data Platform Engineer, Community Support Platform

This role is based in the United States with remote eligibility.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to resolve data authoring challenges.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and APIs for various data sources.
• Mentor teammates on code quality and operational excellence.
• Participate in all phases of software development, including architecture and testing.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in platform data engineering and software engineering.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing and relational databases.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
