Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Systems

This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$191,000 — $223,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven backend systems to enhance customer support workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Lead the full development cycle including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of software development experience in backend systems.
• Expertise in workflow optimization and prompt engineering for AI applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.

Tech stack:

Experience with service-oriented architectures, LLMs, APIs, and vector databases.
