Senior Software Engineer, Biztech – Golang

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Compensation:

₹4,500,000 — ₹6,500,000 INR/year

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement complex features with a focus on performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to prioritize technical requirements.
• Define and improve coding standards and development processes.
• Prototype and deliver product features and improvements.
• Foster an environment of quality code and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5-9 years of experience in test-driven software development.
• Extensive experience with Go, Python, or Java (Go preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
