Senior Software Engineer, Biztech – Golang

Compensation:
₹4,500,000 — ₹6,500,000 INR/year
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement complex features with a focus on performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to prioritize technical requirements.
- Define and improve coding standards and development processes.
- Prototype and deliver product features and improvements.
- Foster an environment of quality code and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5-9 years of experience in test-driven software development.
- Extensive experience with Go, Python, or Java (Go preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
