Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in proactive technical sourcing.
- Strong data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound sourcing for complex technical domains.
- Fluency in English required; Dutch, Turkish, or Danish preferred.
