Staff Software Engineer - iOS

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
3. Provide technical leadership and oversight to teams while staying hands-on.
4. Coach and mentor senior engineers to help with their learning and career growth.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
6. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of total experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3. Strong expertise in high-level programming languages GoLang, Java, etc.
4. Strong experience in architecture design, high availability, and high-performance systems.
5. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving business environment.
