Core Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope and strategic direction for the Global Operational Resilience program.
  • Lead enterprise-wide Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments.
  • Govern and maintain enterprise-wide Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) policies.
  • Manage regular simulation drills and post-incident reviews.
  • Identify operational and system vulnerabilities to strengthen resilience.
  • Act as the primary liaison with IT, security, and various department heads.
  • Develop training programs on Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Continuity or Enterprise Resilience.
  • Proven ability to define program scope and align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in vendor management and compliance requirements.
